    Uhhhhhhh... what?

Glen Johnson is apparently no longer fighting Adrian Diaconu according to boxrec.

He is fighting Zab Judah's loser ass brother who got beaten quite convincingly by Yusaf Mack.

Great, just fantastic. I can't imagine a better matchup.

This can't be true. But is it? Other fighters should give him a chance. Chad wanted to get rid of his rematch clause so stop dissing chad they fought and he won. But other fighters know he is high risk and small reward

I don't think his opponent has been announced officially yet but he will be back in a few months in a stay busy fight, waiting for the winner of Diaconu-Branco which was supposed to happen sometime this year but Diaconu got injured and that fight got postponed.

Dawson will most likely rematch Johnson after Glen beats Diaconu to unify, especially since there is not really that many big fights at light heavy unless he pulls up one of the stars at super middleweight to fight him like Kessler, Taylor, ect.

After he grudgingly fights Tarver again (****ing rematch clause)... if he can't land Calzaghe or Hopkins (which he obviously won't be able to), he probably will end up fighting Diaconu, unless Kessler (the only star at 168 who has an even remote chance of moving up) ends up going to 175.

This is just a warm up fight Glen takes a fair number of these type of fights to stay busy and keep sharp, that’s what they did in the old days. He will fight Diaconu when ever he is available next.

This guy is pretty pathetic, even for a warm up opponent.

Sounds good but Kesler and his people has stated he will not fight Dawson at light heavyweight and only at a catch weight, and at the post fight press conference of Dawson/Tarver Chad and his promoter Shaw said that he is not going below 175 because hes 175 pounder and is the champion.

                  Didn't know that...

Well the only other name fighter at 168 right now is Taylor, and he just got there, so I seriously doubt that he jumps up to 175.

Looks like Diaconu/Johnson winner will end up getting a crack at Dawson, so long as Calzaghe and Hopkins don't surprise me.

For some reason i will really want Dawson to fight Calzaghe since there are really no opponents. For about two years i have been on this forum saying Dawson would beat Joe, and now its getting to point where the fights just need to happen but unfortunately like you said, it won't.

Oh and i personally see Johnson beating Diaconu.
