What were your Favorite moments/fights of 2008??

Marquez vs Pac was great for me all the way through til' the decision. Not sayin' it was a robbery. Just that I had expected JMM to get the nod as I thought he did enough to win a close fight.

Marquez and Casamayor was another great fight. Casa fought all the way up to his comp and made it a great contest, which surprised me. That made it all the sweeter when JMM knocked him out!!

B-Hop takin' Kelly to school. I was rootin' for Kelly because I like him as a fighter and a champ and I thought it was time for a change of the guard. But it was quite a thing to see Hopkins turn back the clock and reassert his greatness.

Probably the most thrilling boxing moments of the year for me were the first 5 or 6 rounds of Cotto vs Margarito, when Cotto (whom I was rooting for) was playing with fire and succeeding and all the time knowing that the tide could (and likely would) turn violently and burn him at any second...and then it did. Great great fight and a great victory for Margarito.

It was a great year for boxing.
