id fancy kessler to beat taylor.
as someone stated earlier kessler is very open for a counter right, and thats taylor best weapon.
If kessler could keep his chin down he'd be superb, and very hard to hit.

    WAR KESSLER

I totally agree, Kessler didn't even want to fight sartison or haussler, he had to take on sartison because of the WBA-belt, and haussler because WBA demanded it.

Kessler is up and ready, he was boxing at a max. of 66-75 % against sartison and 80 % max against haussler. And with a fighter like Kessler, it's the last 20-30 % you have to fear!

Kessler delivers a KO in the 8th against a 100% fit Taylor. IMO

I think he will. Kessler fights much the same because he's jab is so effective. It will always take a special fighter to nullify the jab and out of the current crop of fighters from 160-175 (yes 175) I think Taylor is the one with the best chance of winning.

an awesome fight if it happens, personally think taylor would win an all out war but pretty one-sided fight

Kessler has never beaten anyone as talented as Taylor, and while Taylor has beaten Hopkins, he hasn't beaten anyone who is anything like Kessler.

This fight would be hugely challenging for both guys. I see Taylor taking most of the early rounds and Kessler taking most of the later ones with it going to a very tight decision.

I give Kessler only a slightly better chance at stopping Taylor, late in the fight if it happens. That said, Taylor is dangerous early and while Kessler has never been down, he's shown on several occasions he can be hurt, and has a tendency to leave himself open for counter rights when he paws with his jab.

I agree with this. I don't think Kessler has done enough where we can say for certain this is his fight to lose. And Taylor has put forth performances in the pastthat would make me hesitate to declare him the odds on favorite.

Would be a barn burner... I don't know that Taylor could do anything more to better prepare himself. He has reached his peak and its time to run with it. I'm a JT fanatic! Which is why, even though I know the fight is inevitible, I don't want to see JT take another loss on his record. JT is a helluva fighter, but Kessler is just phenomenal. I don't even count the Calzaghe loss against him. I only count losses to other humans, and Joe is some kind of invincible alien that no one has figured out.

With that being said, if JT did get by Kessler, there's no need to wait for Froch, or Bute, because you've already dethroned the king.

Didn't Kesler actually say Taylor was too much risk to fight. Or was it Dawson who was too much risk?

Understatdable, since it's him in the ring. But surely he should just give away his belt then

No. So far Taylor has turned down Kessler.

Dawson called out Kessler for a fight but then refused to go down from 175 and Kessler refused to move up for him.
