Kessler really isn't endearing himself for foerign markets though is he? I mean we know HBO won't touch him & their fighters avoid him like the plague but there's a human punchbag in Froch that is just gagging to get facefulls of Kessler's leather - why doesn't he take that fight?

More money in a Larsen fight. Simple economics at work here.

whatever Kessler, I can understand how huge the fight would be in Denmark, go ahead and take the fight...even if I wasnt that impressed by Larsen.

Indeed! Kessler should fight Froch, and Mads Larsen should take on Bute. It would be better for both.

Agree. I hope for Larsen to fight Bute first to prove that he is on the world level. Beating a kickboxingchampion in impressive fashion doesn't say anything. Should Kessler be able to come to terms with Froch that would also be good but I'll believe it when I see it.

maybe battheman but in the long term i think a fight with a bika, miranda, or even someone like inkin would be more benficial for him economically.

i reckon kess should take on a fight with bika, in the mean time larsen can test himself against bute. larsen is a good fighter but im not sure if he will get past bute. if kess and larsen do both win then sure go ahead and set up a fight in denamrk, it would be huge for them but whats the point of kess wasting his time with someone who is clearly at the minute below him.

kess is stuck in a bit of a rut at the minute, the sooner he gets himself over to the states and takes on a B level fighter like bika, the louder the calls for him to take on a proven name like taylor, hopkins etc will become.

The case here is timing. Maybe Kessler - Larsen wont be worth a nickel if Larsen fails miserably against Bute. So if Kessler fights a b-level yank while Larsen fights and fails against Bute Kessler can kiss 3-5 million bucks goodbye.

Regarding Bika I'll say this: Bika is Kessler's former sparring partner as Kessler prepared for Andrade. Bika said Kessler was in a league on his own. Personally I dont like Bika as I find him too dirty.

I would rather have Kessler facing Miranda if Kessler only gets a b-level US-related opponent TBH. Kessler has never faced anyone with that kind of punch so it would be interesting still.
