Noone is in doubt that the decision last night was a travesty. This makes Hulk angry. GRAR! Holyfield won almost every round. The judges were not merely misguided. Rounds went past where Valuev threw single figures of punches very few of which landed.

HOWEVER! Hulk has never seen Valuev do so little and so badly in a fight. He looked unhappy and had a long discussion after the first round with his trainer.

Did Valuev know the fix was in and either deliberately do nothing in protest or was he so put off and distracted that he didn't get in to the fight at all?

Hulk says that Don King is scum and Valuev as a decent guy couldn't fight under those conditions.

What do people who aren't Hulk think?

That's an interesting theory, not too far fetched.

It could have made Valuev feel he was never good enough to beat a 46 year old Holyfield legitimately so why even try. I agree that it was a very uninspired performance.
