At 147, ODLH would destroy Hatton, plain in simple.

Yeah, just like he did on 12/6/08 against Pacquaio.

I'm pretty sure Oscar is not going to want to fight again at 147 so I don't see this fight happening. The only way it could come off is at 154, and Ricky looked terrible at 147 so that would just be a joke. I think Oscar would walk through him at 154.

ODLH simply could not handle the speed and lateral movements of Pacman, but if he would face other boxers without the mastery of these, he would be disastrous as hell especially against the kind of Hatton, a straight-forward brawler.

I agree. Oscar looked absolutely horrible against Pac but that was mostly because of how good Pac is, his style and the weight.

Hatton is 100% tailor made for DLH. At 154, Oscar would win by an early and brutal KO. He would land left hooks at will against Hatton. At 147, it is a different story I think.

Why not? if the price is right?! ODLH showed that to Pacman and it was possible.. This is boxing nowadays afterall. And ODLH could destroy the hitman in 147 based on both fighting styles!

Right, ODLH exposed himself that he has a problem fighting the style of Pacman, but by facing Hatton, he would be completely alright either in 154 or at 147! Beristain said, he was not weight drained and as we saw it before reound 1, he was just looked drained and old when he could not adopt the styles of Pacman especially when he was kept on out pointing by his small opponent.

I don't buy that tbh. The fact that he has not made that weight in years and that he barely hydrated at all between the weigh in and fight lead me to believe Oscar is just not a 147 pounder. If Oscar wants to fight again I definately want to see it at 154.

Totally you're right, except that he will be fighting Hatton that would make the story changed!

Hatton won't fight de la hoya imo. I think he will beat Pacman and then lose to Floyd again but i also think the floyd fight will be closer, maybe a split decision
