no. he just won't make 13 million fighting him, like he did against DLH......gimme a ****in break man, before he moved up and fought DLH, pac's last fight was at 135, and he actually MOVED UP to 135! he has no business fighting margarito, who can easily fight at 154. tell him to pick on somebody his own size. i think i know somebody......

Marg should should be fighting at 154 or up.
If Pac and Marg were the same size, PAC would annahiliate his culo like the rest of the mexicans.
you can't tell these idiots ****......

I think Pac may be taking on too big an opponent in Margarito. But not out of fear, after all he's faced the most fierce fighters in the sport, Marquez, Barrera, Morales AND kicked their ass too. He could out work Margarito for 12 as Cotto was on his way to doing before he ran out of gas. Margarito's not good with angles or avoiding many other punches for that matter so the points will add up for Pacquiao.

Very wise decision by Roach and Arum! Margarito would literally murder Pacquiao in the ring. he's way too big and strong for Pac. Margarito would hunt him down all fight with incredible pressure and KO him in 5! So yea im glad this aint never happening!

It would have been interesting had the fight been at 154 where Oscar was healthiest and wouldn't have had a problem rehydrating to 164+. Manny may have still won, but I doubt in that fashion because Oscar would have at least had the energy to actually fight back. If the fight was at 154, I wonder if Freddie would have even taken it.

Remember, being weight-drained kills you. It was odd to many people that Pac actually out-weighed Oscar that night.

You also have to remember the two reasons why Freddie took the fight: Oscar hadn't made the weight in a long time and fighters his age that had gone back down in weight after being away tended to fail in their return because the weight-loss kills them. And, "Oscar can't pull the trigger."

Please don't let that fight cloud your vision. If you don't take it from me, continue to listen to what Freddie Roach said before and continues to say after in his interviews as to why Pac was able to defeat Oscar at this point in Oscar's career. He even admitted he basically beat Oscar on the scales.

              Now think of Margarito:
The guy is big, strong, relentless, can take big shots, powerful, and hasn't shown ill effects at fighting at 147 yet. He is also a very active fighter unlike Oscar...which was another thing Freddie mentioned as an advantage Pac had over Oscar.

Speed could trouble Margarito, I don't disagree, and movement could too, however; it is Pac we are talking about and not some fighter that started at 147 that could probably be better equipped to deal with Margarito's strength, size, and shots. Pac also gets hit a bit too much. And again, don't let the Oscar fight cloud your vision...remember JMM fights for example...now think of Margarito.
:sarcasm: What do you mean? Now that Pacquiao beat Delahoya, he has proven he can beat anybody. Plus, Manny's the Mexicutioner. Margarito wouldn't stand a chance against him. :sarcasm:

Sorry to say it, but Pacman will never be undisputed in this weight division then. If you cant fight the best in the division like Margarito, then there will always be a question mark as to wheather you are pound for pound the best.He must beat all the current title holders to be called the best

dont take Arum on his word. I wouldnt be surprised if Manny beats Hatton and Floyd in 09 that this fight wouldnt happen and my money would be on Manny. His movement and hand speed would be too much for MArgarito, who just like Oscar would never land a punch, probably get frustrated and end up looking like he had went thru a meat grinder. If Margarito were faster of hand and foot yes I would pick him but after what I seen out of PAc I cant believe anyone would bet against him up to a point.

Margarito has a L to avenge and its against Williams. That should be first priority rather then Mosley.

Pac avenged his L with a TKO stoppage against Morales and a 3rd TKO. He also avenged his Draw with JMM with a SD in their 3rd.

                    Margarito has Unfinished Business.
