154 pound Oscar and Hernandez definitely beat him. Corrales had a 50% chance and Castillo slightly higher... But that's not a small feat, Pacquiao is a really great fighter... But then again, so was Floyd and i use was because honestly i don't think he's coming back. He refused 50 million or close to it for a rematch with Oscar and turned "easy" money out in a rematch with Hatton. Now he's saying he wants none of Pacquiao. Lets agree all these are very winnable fights for Floyd Mayweather (who isn't a winnable fight from around his natural weight (130-140) for Floyd anyway?). Still he said no. As long as he's retired he isn't really ducking no one. He would if he came back but wouldn't fight them, like per say Calzaghe is as far as we know, clearly ducking Dawson not saying he's retired for sure but being very sure as to say "we have no interest in Dawson, the linear champion", this is not the case with Mayweather as he IS RETIRED and has not comeback yet.

LOL 50 MILLION!?! Nobody on the planet would refuse 50 million for a fight. It was more like 20 million

Floyd won all of the first 6 rounds. In the last 6 rounds, floyd got deducted a point in a round that he won and Castillo got deducted in a round that he won as well, so there were 2 tied rounds IMO. and the other 4 rounds could have gone either way. Castillo did not do enough to win that fight and floyd did. A floyd win or a draw are acceptable outcomes for that fight but a Castillo win would have been out of the question. And the fact that Mayweather was injured and he did not fight again until the Castillo rematch and Castillo stayed active by fighting between their 2 fights, and mayweather won in convincing fashion, should throw this ridiculous claim of a castillo win, out the window.
you said it pal. the fight was close while else would people think castillo won.
There are plenty of hardcore boxing fans and media members that had castillo winning. fans who have been watching boxing for years and would not be influence by hbo commentators like a casual fan. so you cannot argue that having castillo winning was out of the question. especially when you stated yourself the fight was close.

The second fight between the two showed an obvious adjustment that floyd chose to make against castillo and that was to be quick on his feet and not to get in any exchanges. The castillo rematch marked the first boring fight floyd had or the first fight were he was just concerned about winning and not entertaining the fans (Baldo, Oscar). Floyd risk nothing in the rematch because of experience in the first fight. Thats what a smart fighter does, they make adjustments and learn from there mistake. If floyd would have came in and not only out boxed castillo but beat him up,, then you can make case that floyds win in the second fight throw the very warranted claims that he lost the first fight out the window.
