Would Pacquiao go through Mayweathers resume undefeated?

Gatti, Corrales, Castillo and Hatton are face first fighters. Pacquiao will definitely beat them all. He beat Oscar who was just fought Mayweather a year ago. Lets keep in mind Pac would have to move 3 weight classes. I belive Pac will beat Hatton x10 better than Floyd did because it will be at Hatton's natural weight class.Comment

Son of a *****. I was going to pose the exact same question.
We will find out if he can beat Hatton soon enough.
Other than Hatton the only guys I could see giving him trouble are Genaro Hernandez at 130, who had some decent speed and good fundementals (I'd still pick Pacquiao comfortably), Jose Luis Castillo at 135 because this was pre-weight problems, and he would have met Pacquiao in a fire fight.
Corrales would have a punchers chance if Pacquiao wanted to stand and trade, but speedy in and out fighters tortured poor Diego. Corrales was not as an effective pressure fighter as Castillo was. Add to this that Floyd faught Diego at 130, and he was at his best at 135.
Guys like Goyo Vargas, Carlos Hernandez, Jesus Chaves, Phillip N'dou, Victoriano Sosa, Auturo Gatti, Angel Manfreddy, and Carlos Baldomir are all rugged/tough fighters, who might gut out the distance, but it would just be a prolonged beating they'd be taking.
Corley, Mitchell, and Judah are all slick, and would present Pacquiao with a puzzle at first but Mitchell and Corley dont pack enough punch to gain Pacquiao's respect and would eventually get KO'd. Judah might have some initial success, but would eventually get frustrated and lose a decision.Comment

he wouldn't beat castillo at 135 imo, hatton is a toss up, and judah is a tossup, coralles, i think he could, but chico could hurt pac. chavez is a tough one, oscar at 154, i think he could, but if oscar had mayweather sr. in his corner, he would be hard to beat for manny, the oscar who fought floyd jr that is. the rest i feel he could beat though.Comment

I don't see Pacquaio beating Corales, Castillio, Judah( that Mayweather fought) or the 154 LB version of Oscar that Mayweather fought. Take nothing away from Pacquaio, Oscar was weight drained( fighting for the first time at welterweight for years) and he miscalculated badly. The one that Floyd fought makes quick work of him IMO. Lets not let this win get to our heads.Comment

The upside of this all would be that we would get to see Pacquiao take on a prime Emanual AugustusComment

Could he beat them all? Yeah, maybe he could. But I think even a prime Pac would have a hard time with a bigger Oscar, a quick Judah, a young and tough as nails Castillo and Ricky Hatton. I think he might get stopped by one of these guys. At least. But until he loses again he is the 2nd coming of Jesus on here.Comment
