No disrespect, but EVERY NON SUPERPOWER is poor. Lots of places do good in tourism, look at Jamaica, but for the most part we all broke, my country, your country, their country, hell the US is KNEE DEEP in debt.
But if we could just get off the ignorance and back to the topic, yes Cotto has never beat a champion to claim his title, its only been vacant belts. But Cotto puts his title against credible opponents, Paulie M, Torres, Abduleav at 140, Judah(i kno i kno, but Judah fought well in the fight, a good win to Cotto), Mosley at 147, and Carlos Q would go on to win a title and looks like he can snatch one up at 154
