I am not sure, just easier to get the title I suppose. He fights the best fighters either way.

It happends that the time he have a chance to fight for a bellt is a vacant one. That doesnt mean anythiing. DLH, Margarito, ect, ect have fought for vacant belts. So i dont see the argument here!!!!!!

i'll admit i dont care about belts, i care about the best fighting the best. after cotto took a beating fighting a rock that hits back, i dont mind who he fights next as long as he gets the rematch with margarito

That's what I'm saying, people keep arguing who Cotto is fighting, but they miss the point that he fights everybody. Arum makes his fights, but Arum is a sharp business man, and makes the smartest moves he can. That's why he had Clottey fighting Judah for one of the Alphabet titles, he knew Judah would lose. Now he has Cotto fighting Jennings for a title, he does it for a reason.

Problem I have is that Paul vacated the belt...while Paul has always wanted to fight Cotto and now that the belt is vacant...Cotto is fightin for it. I ain't tryin to start nothing but what does everyone think about that?
