Well to be honest, he still has The Ring belt, so it's not like it matters.

Oh and Nishisoka vs Genaro Garcia should be a toss up. Garcia gave Hasegawa a pretty tough fight, but Nishisoka is 0-1-2 against a prime Veeraphol Saphrom. It's an interesting fight.

This is bullcrap, Toshioka isn't even ranked by the WBC and now he's the champ? Genaro Garcia is also waaaay down on the rankings around 10 or 11, I believe. They should have number 1 and number 2 fight for the title and that would be Marquez and Gonzales. Concepcion is also ranked number 3 and could take the place of either fighter in case one backs out. Any combination of those three fighters would be a much more interesting fight than Nishioka vs. Garcia, not to mention the fact that those are tho one who should be fighting for the interim title.

Nishioka is the Interim champ already. That's why he's not ranked.
