Chad is good. His performance against Tarver was excellent, but it left me wondering how hard it is to look great against the version of Tarver who turned up. Still, I'll give Chad the benefit of the doubt for now.

As for the Tarver rematch, it seems most of the boxing community don't approve, although personally I understand that Tarver had a rematch clause and he has a right to fight again.

Regardless, I think Chad needs to prove himself by beating Johnson convincingly. It doesn't matter which side of the fence you are on, I think we can all agree that the fight was close enough for Johnson to deserve a second chance and settle this once and for all.

I had Johnson winning and felt extremely disappointed for him when the victory was handed to Dawson. Boxing disappoints me sometimes, and this really put a dark cloud over it. I like to see a hard working fighter get his dues. I was left with the impression that 'the guys in suits' didn't want Johnson to win, no matter what. The fact is, Chad Dawson is considered by many to be a rising star, and he's probably better for business than Johnson, who is, of course, at the end of a fairly long career which has been filled with disappointments which came about from too many shady decisions. Now it seems Glen Johnson is like a doormat who people walk on as a step towards greater things. It looks like people try to use him and abuse him. It's a shame, because Glen is a very honest, likeable person

I wish all the best for Glen. I hope one day he gets what he truly deserves.
