Even though I felt Mijares was overated to begin with (atleast I didnt get why people were placing him in top 10s), I was surprised that Vic so easily outboxed him.

For me it was Pavlik vs. Hopkins, and Miranda vs. Abraham.
Pavlik-Hopkins for me too, but Pacquaio-DLH was an even bigger surprise. I had a feeling Abraham would beat Miranda's ass the second fight.

I wasn't expecting Pac to leave the DLH fight on his feet.

I'm surprised Wlad made it another year without getting knocked out.

Got to give it to the old man, Hopkins. A masterful performance.

It was a year full of surprises.

                    -Mayweather retirement.
-Darchinyan knocking out Mijares (I was shocked).
-Khan getting KTFO in one rd.
-B-Hop beating Pavlik (in one sided fashion).
                    -Manny destroying Oscar.
-Chad beating Tarver with almost one hand in the back.
