Pac vs DLH......I thought DLH would dominate Manny with his jab and size
Williams vs Quintana I.....didn't think Quintana could deal with the reach

Of all the fights in 2008, what result(s) surprised/shocked you the most?

For me it was Pavlik vs. Hopkins, and Miranda vs. Abraham.

Pavlik vs. Hopkins. It was like I was watching two totally different boxers in there, Pavlik gunshy and Hopkins suprisingly exciting.

Pacman vs. Dela Hoya. I believed Pacman would at least finish the fight without being knocked down, I didn't expect him to give dela Hoya a total beatdown.

Pacquiao vs DLH and Hopkins vs Pavlik were stunning performances.

If Holyfield wins, he would be my pick. I don't give him even a slight chance of winning at 46 years of age.

Considering i was one of those that said Pacquiao would TkO DLH i cant really put that one on my list lol those that think size is everything know nothing! Anyways the Pavlik vs Hopkins fight was the fight that really surprised me. Hopkins looked done the last couple fights before fighting Pavlik and well he looked like prime Hopkins whoopin Pavlik like it was nothing. Very impressive performance!
