I don't think people hate Mayweather because of so called overrated skills. I hate the guy I know he is without the best pure boxer in our generation. I hate him because he is a gigantic ignorent *******. He beats on women, he plays the race card every five seconds, he is extreamly arrogent about everything he does and what really annoys me is he thinks that somehow we should over look all these faults and still love him. He's douche bag and thats the only reason I hate him the end.

good point. considering pac has done more career/achievement/resume wise than all of them, its hard to find even a remotely decent reason to hate on pac.

I'll say Pacquiao after reading this thread. I don't see why anyone would so blindly hate him, maybe his fans but as a fighter? Completely unnecessary.

Calzaghe, Mayweather and Wladimir get a lot of criticism, some deserved but not all. It's posters such as daggum that make it seem worse than it is.

i think all of the fighters listed above are getting way way too much hate. some of the idiotic posts ive seen about every fighter listed are pretty mind blowing. in your opinion, which of these fighters gets too much flame and give a supporting statement!

Wlad Klitschko.. To some people it's like his record is 0-3 ... never before has someone with 52 wins and 46 KOs, 2 major belts and Resume that reads as a who's who of the heavyweight division over the last 10 years.. Been treated so unfairly..

Not only that.. He has a low Punch resistance,Bad Chin whatever you want to call it.. The guy does not respond well to getting hit..and in the heavyweights.. I can't think of a worse Flaw to have..And yet he has risen above his weakness to be a Champion.. and he gets no credit for that..

When he fought gung HO.. he was criticised for having no stamina or getting tagged and put down.. He solves it.. and he still gets critcised..

Every time he fights.. masses of people pick against him.. and when he wins.. Suddenly the guys he beat were just bums all along..and he did nothing in knocking them out..

It gets a bit tedious and redundant..

yea that thread is pretty much up there with the dumbest threads ive ever seen. the only ones that come to mind equally ****** are the ones suggesting calzaghe move up to heavyweight and fight both klitschkos.
