Have also seen other sites listing Vitali as high as -450 favorite.

The bookies have spoken, Haye isn't much of a threat.
What was Hopkins in the Pavlik fight? +350?
    How about Pacquiao? +300?

Haye looks like a great bet. I'd much rather lay the paper on Haye at that price.

That's why I always wanted him to fight Wlad, at least then we know he can get something done if he lands big. Problem is, with Vitalis iron chin I doubt that Haye can hurt him
We have no idea how his legs are, he didn't move at all against Peters

        That's true.

The way I see it is that Haye will have to take some big shots at some point in the fight, and I just don't think Haye will be able to take them.

I suppose there is a chance he will be too fast for Vitali, so can avoid his punches (Similar to DLH-Pac), but I don't see Haye being able to fight that way, it's just not him

You do what you have to do to survive, lol. I never thought I would see Pacquiao fight that way either.

            .
Pacquiao was +150 buddy, where you got +300 god only knows.

I was at the MGM grand leading up to the fight and Oscar was never more than -200. Closed at -170 with Pac at +135.

The Hopkins fight is you are correct, but how many more of those can you think of?

I am glad to hear that kind of logic being discussed on this thread. Haye/Klit brothers threads usually turn into flame wars.
Anyway I agree with your analysis completely. Haye just isnt the kind of fighter who can beat Vitali.

I am not a David Haye fan by any stretch but I give him credit for seeking out a fight it seems he cannot win at a time where everyone in boxing wants to take the easy way to the top.

                  I mean a Pac stoppage.

Well thats a lot different. You can probably get much higher odds if you want to bet on Haye by stoppage. Against Vit that would prob be 8-1.
