I kept wondering why Medgoen Singsurat and Rustico Torrecampo managed to KO a PRIME Pacman yet Barrera, Morales, Marquez, (P4P listed when Pacquiao faced them) as well as a multi-belted former P4P best boxer dela Hoya can't even make him kiss the canvas, well, technically he was given an 8-count versus Barrera but still - don't you think that's odd?
