If the ring magazine and bert sugar making those comparisons dont tell you how highly regarded Pacquiao is on the all time great list...there's just no convincing you otherwise.

Let's not get carried away. Pac was also, what, 16 when he started...and it cost him with two Knockouts. Like Flawless pointed out, if Mayweather had started at 16, which is when he won at 106 in the Amatuers, he would have been in the same division as Pac. Credit to Pac for being able to rebound so well with the losses.

Chris Bryd started at MW....and when you look at the size of the opponents he had to face....that is something.

Plus, you have fighters in the past like Sam Langford

I think it is incredible what Pac has done considering what could have happened to his career. Props to him.

Dude...there's a reason why even credible posters are calling you an idiot in your own thread. No fighter dead or alive would pass your ridiculous qualifications. You fail.

pac's not invincible but he could be top ten ATG if he beats hatton and pbf.

So what if he was 16 when he started? he wasnt the 1st or even in the 1st 100 people to begin their professional career at 16. It's the norm in 3rd world countries with no amateur programs. Barrera, Morales, Chavez, Duran just to name a few all started their professional careers at 16.

Fighters like Chris byrd, roy jones, james toney are different in a sense that People generally relate athleticism with being genetically gifted with size. as they have.

Pacquiao is different in a sense that he not only achieved what he achieved, but also brought newfound public interest in the athleticsm displayed in the lower weight classes

This is not what what you are saying weeks before Pacman demolished DLH. You were saying that DLH will brutally KO Pacman and you even started a thread in Pinoy Lounge saying "Apocalypse is Near" . We are all boxing fans and we have our own individual choices. If JMM is your favorite, adore him all you want, this is a free and ********ic site, but no amount of cyberbullying can make anybody a man.

Marquez resume is 1 million miles behind Pacquiao.
Marquez didn't fought any prime and beat a threat.
