Strangely enough, Tiger Woods is only 1/8 African-American, but the media refers to him as black. Of his eight great-grandparents, four were Asian, two White, one Native American and one Black.

I never thought much about race until I started coming on boxing forums back in 2006. I was surprised to see the best white boxers getting bashed and discredited so much. I used to be a fan of some black fighters, but the more negative, hateful posts I see against white fighters, the more I want to see them win and prove the racists are wrong...

he doesn't look like any african that you've met? perhaps that's because he was born in the States and a lot of Black men don't look African. Dark skin does not make one African.

Why is it okay for black people to be proud of being black, gay people to be proud of being gay (gay pride parades) but so morally reprehensible for white people to be proud of being white? Has the media and entertainment industry brainwashed us into hating ourselves for who we are?
