Haye got a title shot because dude is one of the best boxing salesman in the business. He talked a huge game at the Klitschkos and boom whaddya kno after he KO's a former contender he's got a title shot against the best in the world. That's a salesman, dude sold himself and the Klitschkos bought that ****. Anyways not many heavies out there that I think can really beat Haye.

          WOW very impressive resume!!!!
Haye has only a few fights at heavyweight, his cruiserweight resume is good though thats why he is getting a title shot becuase he was the champ in the division below its happend many times before and will happen many times in the future, If you dont like it dont watch the fight.

why are you always so biased? haye unified the cruiserweight division, that counts for something. he moved up into heavyweight, and if he wants to stir up some trouble and make bold fights against the klitschkos im all for it. it would provide a legit solid win on the klitschkos resume, so i dont know why you are always crying about it.
            haye beat A SHOT BARRETT

            klitschko beat A PRIME BARRETT

cruiserweight is and always has been the ****tiest division in boxing

haye is a glass chinned punk who cant even take a punch from supermiddleweight bums the glass chinned limey punk ass ***** talked his black ass into a title shot HAYE IS THE NEW BLACK HOPE vitali will knock out this black hope within 2 rounds

limey glass chinned punk ass ***** haye is gonna get brutally ko'd by the muscular european physical specimen that is Vitali

Who were Vitali and Wlad's first fights against?

              Vitali: Tony Bradham (6-3-0)
              Wlad: Fabian Mezir (4-1-1)

              Stunning.
Even better than that. Haye fought Bonin and Barrett in his 20th and 23rd professional bouts respectively.

              Wlad:
              20th : Najee Shahid
              23rd: Eli Dixon

              Vit:
              20th: Jose Ribalta
              23rd: Francesco Spinelli.

Haye was the unified world champion in between those fights. Glass houses.

Don't bring Pac on this thread and don't you ever compaire Pac to Haye...
Manny Pacquiao and David Haye are both professional pugilists, albeit at vastly different weight threasholds.

There, I compared them. Do you read every thread looking for references to Manny Pacquiao to get all pissy about? Give it a rest.

Exactly. He does not deserve a title shot. This is total bull****, jumping ahead of all the legit heavies who are on line and have paid their dues.
Like Sam Peter? It's OK for Vitali Klitschko to ***** out of his mandatory four times, retire then wait a few years and come out of retirement to an automatic title shot, but it isn't OK for an active cruiserweight champion to move up in weight, take on a top twenty-ish gatekeeper and get a title shot?

All great points dog, granted the Klitschkos in East Europe don't have the promotion like they do today so it was hard to get talented fighters over there. They ended up coming to the US to get some spotlight but David Haye had the Cruiserweight division at his feet in England with Mormeck and Enzo. Go Haye, he can get it done Vitali's performance against Peter has everyone fooled.

Too right! One of them wants to take on all comers whereas the other one likes to hide behind his promoter when asked about rematches after robbing a mexican legend.

It's like saying Barrera didn't deserve a shot at Naseem's title, as he never competed at featherweight despite being the best of the division below and a legitimate threat.
