Willie Savannah, manager/trainer of former unified lightweight champion Juan Diaz, has informed BoxingScene.com that a fight with Juan Manuel Marquez is close to done for February 28, with HBO televising. The venue is still not finalized, but Savannah has informed me that Marquez has reportedly changed his stance on taking the fight in Diaz’s backyard of Houston, Texas. [details]

Yea I remember reading that the whole Houston thing was another hold up. Either way, I'll be glad to see it done, this is one of the best fights that can be made in the lightweight division.
