      Cmon Now!

Don't try and tell me that you think that Wladimir could beat Michael Spinks, Trevor Berbick, Frank Bruno and Bruce Seldon

What kind of advice is Lennox going to give? "David, hope for cuts. Or else you'll be beaten to the punch like I was all night." I mean honestly, Vitali was beating on Lennox Lewis. Lewis proved that he was a true champion by still fighting back, but no way he would have won that fight without those cuts. I'll never forget Vitali's heartfelt, genuine protest of the stoppage. He smelled blood, and would have wanted to continue even if his eye was out the socket. David Haye is in serious trouble...

Lewis was coming on in that fight, vitali fans make it like lewis was the one with his face busted up, vitali was winning on the score cards, but if lewis had that horrible cut on his face, vitali fans would have said it was a great stoppage, and if vitali was beating lewis so bad he would have already knocked him out.

oh plz. as much as lewis looked tired and out of shape, Vitali looked more wasted in the last mintues of the fight than lewis. Lewis was on his way to a tko victory regardless.

On this note, Lewis would have got his rematch if the results were up in the air. Vitali was not granted one from Lewis though. Good thing too. Have you see Vit's KO record. I would not want to face him again, even if I were LL, Mr. top 10 ATG.......................NOT!
Vitalis KO record is built upon a bunch of fluffs and talentless boxers like Ross Purity and Corrie Sanders. If Vitali had any modicum of skill whatsoever he would have used that KO power to exploit Lewis's glass chin. Vitali failed! and he got his ass handed to him in the 6th and final round of the fight, pretty much hugging the entire time.

              "Oh what an uppercut!"

And anyway the point is that Lewis was out of shape - if he had trained properly he would have won easily.

That logic would disqualify Roach and Floyd Mayweather Snr from being trainers, because they aren't t fighting any more either.
