Shaun George isn't even a good fighter, idiot beat a weight drained Chris Byrd and now he is hot ****? Calzaghe, Dawson, Kessler, Hopkins, all knock out that lil b anyways... But that is nice that he was nice enough to do an interview with boxingscene even though he isn't even that great of a fighter.

Or is it because he did what he was supposed to do against Chris Byrd? Everyone picked Byrd to beat George and when George pulls the upset, people say Byrd is garbage.

I think you guys read the article wrong. George said he take offense to what Joe Calzahge said. "Boxing is a dying sport", and to be honest I do to. I have question. Why do we accept that Calzaghe, Hopkins, Jones, Tarver, Dawson, and other stars of the sport only get to fight each other? It seems like they forgot how they got their start. There are a lot of talented fighters out there. Right? If the stars of the division don't allow these fighter to show case there skill. The sport will die with them. I'm tired of the retreads. This goes out to every fighter promoter, television executive in the business. We need new blood. By the way, I like Shaun George. He a very talented fighter. I would like to see more of him. He doesn't seem to fight much. Is he rich or something?

It states in the article that he was scheduled to fight Donnell Wiggins but hurt his hand in training and had to pull out. He is under the Dibella banner and hasn't fought since the Byrd fight but I guess he wants to fight again soon if he's calling out everyone in the division in the presser.
I remember reading that he and Glen Johnson were supposed to fight early next year but I have no idea what happened to that date. Shaun George had been calling him out hard.
