I love Joe because he does a huge amount of charity work and he is the longest unbeaten world champion in the history of the sport and has won world titles in two weight divisions.

I am a fan of his.

However, I do not think he is an all time great and I have never said that.

i dont like him cause his nuthugger fans think he's GOD. they keep bringing up the fact that he's undefeated, but they fail to realize(or dont want to realize) that his resume' is full of nobodys and a couple 40 year olds

He may be over-rated by some Brits, but the man has been a World Champion for well over a decade and has never been beaten in the sport of boxing and the fact that he suffers with a terrible hand condition makes this all the more remarkable.

For me, a resume that includes names such as Bernard Hopkins, Chris Eubank, Mikkel Kessler, Jeff Lacy, Mitchell, Robin Reid and Roy Jones Jr. is fairly impressive and deserves at least a little bit of respect.

Why do some people appear to genuinely hate the man? Is it because he is British?
