  • Steve Cunningham Inactivity

Why was this his first fight in 2008? Adamek has had 3 fights this year. Who is his promoter that puts him in title match after a year of inactivity. I scored the fight for him winning narrowly. Since he suffered from ring rust, I believe he would beat Adamek more clearly in a rematch. He could use a better trainer as well. His jab wasn't as crisp as it should have been and he did not use his height to his advantage. He missed wide with some of his power punches and upercuts, despite that he still landed more. I also noticed some reluctancy to let his hands go when he had Tomasz in a little trouble.

Some fights fell through, he wanted Haye but Haye moved up to heavyweight there were talks of him fighting Maccarinelli but that didn't happen because of Haye, the Adamek fight was supposed to happen earlier this year but Adamek decided to take a tune up first instead.

I think he's promoted by Don King.

Yeah he did a great job respect to him, but you're so hilarious that you call this an excuse but still have one for his loss to DAWSON...how did you score it 120-105 Adamek?

Adamek clearly won the fight. Not only did he have three knockdowns, but he won several rounds.

For example, anybody who scored round three for Cunningham does not know how to score a fight.

Every time a European fighter wins, egreezy come on and say the scoring was wrong. This time the fight is in New Jersey, and the two judges who scored it for Adamek were African-Americans. But still, we read egreezy's poor sportsmanship on boxingscene.

Thank God egreezy is not a boxing judge, or no European fighter could ever win on his card no matter how much he dominates.

LOL nice to hear from ya buddy. Maybe you didn't see the post of all the other ppl that thought Cunningham won. Fight could have gone either way man depending on what you like in a round. I had JMM winning his first fight with Pacman, was there a Euro in that fight and wait 3 knockdowns in both fights what a coincidence. Why would I care what race the judges are? They scored the fight the way they saw it. There was no domination in this fight you sound silly man. You still have me on ignore?

I scored it 113-112 for Adamek, 7-5 in rounds for Cunningham and I gave the 3rd to Cunningham, Adamek didn't do enough to win that round for me.

****** question - Dawson clearly won that fight. Adamek was weight-drained and lethargic.

Yeah he was suffering from cotton mouth as well LOL. But what's up with your Euro,Victimization,Pity ideology? It's weird bro. All I said was I had Cunningham narrowly winning and plus that wasn't even the point of the thread.
