The difference between an indentured servant and a slave is that an indentured servant could be freed after 7 years or so. After they had paid off the cost of coming to America through work, they were free to do as they wished.

Also, indentured servants chose to enter into that arrangement, whereas ****** were forced or born into it.

There was a major difference between the slavery practiced in Africa and the slavery practiced in America, South America and the Caribbean. This has been documented in many books so don't try that ****.

Blah...blah...blah. Another diversion tactic to draw attention away from the wrongs of slavery in the US, who's effects are STILL present. Seriously, what is the point of bringing up slavery in ancient Egypt (which was NOT the same dehumanizing form of racism that existed in the US)?
