It should be frustrating for Buddy, having so many fighters loosing. Add Rahman to the list. Bad year for Buddy.

Buddy McGirt is bad for boxing, he stopped the paulie fight when paulie could have lost by decision. McGirt stopped the paulie fight out of spite, that is disgusting. He was mad at paulie because yet another fighter trained by mcgirt failed in the ring.

Really bad decision every time I've watched a boxing match and buddy mcgirt was in the corner the guy was losing, fighters really should stick to one trainer.

SOMEONE... with a very extensive boxing video collection... should make a youtube video with all the speeches McGirt has used to stop a fight in between rounds.

Mayweather vs. Gatti: Stoppin' it baby, stoppin' it... Arturo, no, you can't see.

Klitschko vs. Brewster: I know you tryin' baby, it's not there.

Come on... those are ****ing hilarious.

                    Buddy

Buddy was all set to stop Gatti vs. Ward I.

You had to be there in person to see it, but Buddy climbed up the steps to the ring with a towel in his hand and was all set to throw it in (I think it was the 9th round).

Somebody else from Gatti's corner grabbed him by his shirt tails and yanked him back down the steps.

Of course, the fight continued and went to a decision, and we were all treated to two more Gatti vs. Ward fights.

But I would have to agree with this thread that Buddy is getting into a habit of stopping these things a little soon.

Hate to say this, but perhapos Buddy has a few bucks bet on the over/under at the sportsbooks?

Nice way to make a living if you can get it.
