Everyone knows that Adamek was completely weight drained for his fight against Dawson. He was killing himself to make 175.

I have said for the last few years that cruiserweight is the most exciting of the higher weight divisions, in the past few years we have had, Mormeck vs Braithwaite, Mormeck vs Bell 1 and 2, Haye vs Fragomeni, Haye vs Mormeck, Toney vs Jirov. Cruiserweight puts heavyweight to shame.

Thsi fight card was probably Versus best card to date. This fight should go down with classics like Qawi-Holyfield I. I personally had Cunningham winning the fight with scores of 113-112, but I thought it was a close fight. Both guys are class acts, and I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch, though perhaps not an immediate one. Adamek did not disappoint, and while he did get knocked down 3 times, neither did Cunningham, and he's got nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe Cunningham could fight new WBA belt holder Guillermo Jones, while Adamek deals with new WBC champ Giacobbe Fragomeni, and then they can fight again. The only low part of the event was the announcer, though I agree with him that this could be the "Fight of the Year". The cruiserweights shouldn't be getting any disrespect after all Holyfield, Bell, Mormeck and Haye have accomplished, and this fight might be the key to the weight getting some serious attention, finally.

Lol Cunn was a better boxer? Are you serious? This guy didnt do even 1 good jab in 12 round! How the fuc# he can be better fighter if he can use his hight advantage? He is just average fighter, we have better cruisers in Europe, trust me.

What a great fight this was. It'd be mistake for chad to fight this man again. Adamek would hammer him.

                    Just watched the fight.

                    Rd1 10-9 Cunningham
                    Rd2 10-8 Adamek
                    Rd3 10-9 Cunningham close
                    Rd4 10-8 Adamek
                    Rd5 10-9 Adamek
                    Rd6 10-9 Cunningham
                    Rd7 10-9 Cunningham
                    Rd8 10-8 Adamek
                    Rd9 10-9 Adamek
                    Rd10 10-9 Cunningham
                    Rd11 10-9 Cunningham close
                    Rd12 10-9 Cunningham

                    113-112 Adamek

Very close fight, looking forward to the rematch. I still think Cunningham can beat Haye and will probably win the rematch, unless he goes another year without fighting.

it was 115-110 for Adamek. you live in cloud cuckoo land homie, Adamek was better. You cant win the tittle bout being 3 times on the floor and not KO your oponent. and some rounds were dead even. So you give even rounds to Cunningham? Ridiculous! . But he didnt nothin in this figth, just run across the ring and was knockdowned 3 times. He only hurt Adamek in round 4, thats all.
