Only after he ko'd bruno did the UK fans jump on his bandwagon and called him one of their own.

And by this same logic, it would mean that Margarito is American since he was born in California. But everyone knows that he is a mexican cuz thats where he grew up and learned how to box.
      Glad somebody agrees with me.

A slight bit of British, but no doubt sounds American.

He's British. Born in Britain, according to law he's British. And their best fighter ever too.

Just checked it out he was 12 when he left fcuking 7

It dont matter where you live if you are bred some where and born there till the age of 12 you are a Brit.

if you are born in a British hospital with a British passport and bred here and learned your education here till the age of 12 you are British

Kswizzy it must piss you off that Lennox does not wanna be considered one of your rabble

Yeah, he left aged 12 which is the same age that a Russian friend of mine, Sascha, first came to live over here an he still very much considers himself Russian despite now having British citizenship.

Even do he was born in England his ''Mum and ''Dad'' were Jamican and he represented Canada at 1984 Olympics winning the Gold in the ''Super Heavyweight''division, so really he was only born in England, nothing else so yes in way you could look at him as non English.
