Heavyweight James Toney held few words back when expressing his feelings on Oscar De La Hoya eight-round TKO loss to Manny Pacquiao. In the opinion of Toney, De La Hoya has fought for way too long to be picking on smaller guys like Pacquiao, who moved up from lightweight to face De La Hoya at welterweight. He thinks De La Hoya should fight one more time to redeem himself because he can't go out like a sissy and a quitter. [details]

Actually, Duran was half Mexican - he was born in Panama, but his dad was Mexican.

Because Oscar is a smart guy. There's no point of going on when its a one sided beat down and the tank is empty. What you gonna do, eat more leathers? The weight isn't even a factor for Pac imo, even if Oscar weighs around 154 during that time, he'll definitely gonna eat those leathers again and will eventually fold in the later rounds due to busted left eye. Though I thought Oscar looks slow and old for pac but hes been a bit quicker in rnd 1-2. But it doesn't change anything Manny made Oscar looked like a noob during those rounds. That lead left and blinding right made the difference. Watch round 2 again so your gonna feel how Oscar must have felt.James Toney: "Oscar Looked Like a Sissy, a Quitter"
