Margarito isn't your joe shmoe, he beat your boy. Cotto would of still find a way to hit him in his spot, especially against a regular "shmoe".

Cotto must prepare to go the distance. If he works the body from the start and maintain the head movements I, can see Cotto winning by decision. He just need to give Margarito lateral movement all night long.

now the main idea of this topic was speaking on Margarito's defense..that's like you trying to defend his speed or something..we know those are his 2 weak spots..

and you said that his defense was underrated cuz he wouldn't allow the body attack by tucking in his elbows..and allowing himself to get hit in the face at will!..he took the risk and the outcome was in his favor..I'm not knocking that.

but that doesn't make him have good defense..

Bernard Hopkins on the other hand..will take an opponents best weapon away with exceptional defense!..

About Mosley having more power than Cotto. I dont think so. I think if(thats a big If)he drops Margarito he could be from a fast punch an Margarito have to be off balance or something. But I dont think that Mosley will hurt Margarito. It could happend but I doubt. And about Margaritos defense is not that bad. Of course is gifted with that chin. I think overall, that Shane will do good in this fight but he still going to lose. Shane maybe win the first half of the fight but went Margarito turns the pace on, I think it will be too much for the 37 year old Mosley. Margarito I think will win a sd decision.
