I don't think SSM will run which is why his possibilities of being KO will be higher
That's his problem man, he probably thinks he can trade with Margo but if he does he's going to hit the canvas, then again once he feels Margo's power and see for himself than he can't hurt him, he will probably try to outbox him even if it is to survive.
You know alot of people are saying that Shane is going to be KOed.. I don't really know about that. Shane was fighting at 154 for a few years fighting bigger guys. And Shane is physically strong and has a very good chin. Also about who has more power Cotto or Shane? Well it's really the way they throw punches. Shanes punches come at you faster and alot of the times its the punches that you don't see that really hurt you because you're not really prepared to get hit. Cotto puts alot more power into his punches and doesn't really throw that fast punch that will suprise you. Shanes punches are faster and more suprising when you get hit with it and don't see it. I think Shane has a very good chance at beating Margarito but with his age I wouldnt bet on it. But I wouldn't be shocked if Mosley beat Margarito.
LOL @ zero defense.......I guess people didn't realize Margs took Cotto's favorite weapon out of the match.
That would be more valid if he had some head movement..any joe shmoe can tuck his elbows in to his body and avoid the body attack..his chin was wide the fuck open tho..
... Margarito has zero defense, but he's got some serious chinnage.
You think Mosley has the same or more power than Cotto?
i dont think mosley has more power than cotto...
cotto teed off on margarito for a couple of the middle rounds and he virtually didnt even daze margarito...
i said it leading up to the margarito v. cotto fight that the chin wasnt going to be a good strategy to earn a win...
the best gameplan (for cotto and just about any other margarito opponent) is to work the BODY of margarito; consistantly and frequently.
everything else you should do against margarito is in the fight against cotto in the first half of the fight. (ie. staying outside, sticking and moving, being fast/slick, jabbing consistantly; etc.)
THATS how you do it.
Cotto wouldnt have tired out (by getting on the bike) had he slowed margarito down by working the body...as lamply once said, "its easier to fight walking forward than it is going backwards"...it takes less energy for margarito to walk cotto down than it did for cotto to run from margarito...thats where the body attack comes into play.
