maybe i'm just overreacting.

i know people used the term before but i think what really started annoying me was when people "I ASSUME" to be not very knowledgable start throwing out the term "AFTER" the floyd-hatton fight just because they heard/read floyd call it that.

now i see that term thrown out very often.

That's true, check hooks were rarely mentioned on these boards before Mayweather-Hatton, check hooks are getting mentioned a lot more now after Mayweather mentioned it.

I think this fight would be bad for Hatton. There is no way he could keep up with the speed and the power of Pac, I know he can brawl on the inside but like its been said earlier Pac would not let him get on the inside. Its a shame because yes I am a Hatton fan and would love to see the fight but I know that Hatton wouldn't be able to handle Pac.
