Kessler has obviously fought the best guy out of either of them in Calzaghe, but he did lose that fight remember.

    Kessler's other notable opponents:

    Mundine
    Andrade
    Beyer
    Siaca
    Lucas

    Dawson's most notable wins:

    Johnson
    Tarver
    Adamek
    Harding

So whilst Kess has fought the best fighter out of the two in Calzaghe, Dawson certainly has the stronger resume IMO.

Not for me Tarver was a good win as was Johnson. BUT Glenn hasnever beaten elite (Roy aside) adamek was totally dead at 175 and Eric Harding for me is ok.

    Calzaghe, Beyer, Andrade, Mundine.........

Ok pretty equal tbh. I just dont like people dogin Kessler he is a heluva fighter he just needs to fight a name next.

cause its fun? you said kessler beat champs but the champs he beat were mundine, siaca, and beyer. surely tarver, johnson, and adamek are better than them. not really open to debate here. kessler the statue is a great fighter though as long as he doesn't have someone who uses movement in the ring with him.

Are you seriously going to tell me you think Kessler's resume is better than Dawson's? *** Bat, I am a Kessler fan, have been since 06, but that is just ridiculous.

In America, the Country where the best fighters in the world make their names. (Pacquiao, Mayweather, Barrera, Morales, Ali, Louis, Robinson, Leonard, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis, Chavez, De La Hoya, Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Jones, Hopkins, etc, etc, etc....)

So who are all the elite fighters that Anthony Mundine has conquered? How about Siaca? Lucas? Beyer?

              What? Oh, thought so.

I think it is yes. I don't think that highly of wins over 40 year old has-beens. Just because they are names doesn't mean they are as good as they were 10 years ago.

But that's just my take. I respect those who think different as I don't think there's a gulf in resumé-difference anyway.

Ok, whatever. I just think that is ridiculous but you are entitled to your opinion.

I'd love to see Kessler fight in the US, but nothing about the Andrade fight justifies a rematch. Any of the other names would be fine.

Ouch! I don't necessarily agree, but that was pretty dadgum funny!!
