Delahoya just didn't want to do for Margarito what Chavez did for him. That and now he will make millions off a Hatton v. Pacquiao fight, in the end = more cash for Margarito. Delaoldya cabron still laughing all the way to the bank.

Oscar could have passed the torch to Margo on saturday, but Oscar wanted Paq cause he thought he could win. Alot of people thought he would win, I don't think anyone thought Oscar would put up ZERO resistance. I don't think anyone figured that he wouldn't be able to raise his hands to punch. I think the worst people thought, was that Oscar would make it competitive from round 1 to about the midway point, and after that would be Manny's chance to explode. But Oscar showed up with nothing at all.

But if Oscar chose Margarito, it would have been less humiliating to lose to him then to Manny lmao.

Personally, I'd rather be KO'd by a big welterweight than take a one-sided beating from a little dude. It's way more embarrassing. So nope, he would have been better off facing Marg who is slower. It would have been more competitive. Oscar was killed by speed, being out-thought and out-maneuvered.
