This was good interview and Sr. is well informed.

Hate all you want but he speaks a lot of truth.

I'm not sure anybody expected Nacho would over-train Oscar like that. Seriously, why wasn't he able to rehydrate himself to 157? He lost too much muscle.

I noted during the 24/7 episode where Oscar's brother said Nacho was a blessing in disguise sounded like uncertainty. When he said it, he wasn't confident and his yes went down.

The Bottom line is it was all about the preparation for this fight and the weight. You can't argue it because we saw the difference with Oscar at 154 and 147. It wasn't even a difference of 7 pounds; Oscar rehydrated himself at 154 to get himself above 160+.

I'm a bigger fan of Manny's, but I'm not going to over-look this just to boost my fighter up.

Floyd Jr. doesn't owe Sr. anything but who built the foundation of Floyd Jr.?
        FLOYD SR.

The foundation is the most important part.

Not really. I don't think they calculated Oscar was going to over-train....even though I thought it was possible. Even though the fight was at 147, they had to figure Oscar was going to show up around 157+ and not 147 on the mark. There is something drastically wrong with that and it's a huge difference.

He won't, which is why Freddie had the fight at 147.

Because it takes time to build a fighter. He only had about 8 weeks last time. They should actually be doing light training/instruction/teaching right now just to continue to improve.

It seems that Mr. Floyd just doesn't like the Pacman. Could it be jealously? I think so. And yes, I believe his jaw dropped out of his head during De La Hoya's spanking by the Pacman. JAT

Tell me how different Oscar style wise when he was being trained by Floyd and last fight with Nacho?

You said it takes time to build fighter that's why Floyd is unsure with his boy right now yet he was so sure before about Oscar winning the fight convincingly knowing that Oscar having a new trainer. He should have said that before if he is really that great.

yeah...their not psychics...but they should have thought it was a possibility. Even I thought it on some level when I called it could be Kostya Tszyu vs. Ricky Hatton situation. I didn't think it would be this bad.

Freddie got Morales to fight at a certain weight...we all should have expected it to be honest with Oscar.
