They are both about the same in height and reach but make no mistake Cotto has a bigger frame, is just as fast and has a lot more POWER!

Not taking anything away from Manny, but it was more to do with Oscar's decline. We don't know that 140 isn't pushing it for Manny, although he did carry some power up in weight for sure. But he shouldn't fight Cotto.
