****ing garbage. People keep making excuses so they don't have to give Pacquiao any credit, and it is totally transparent. There's 4 excuses so far:

"Oscar suffered because of the weight!"

    "Oscar over-trained!"

    "Oscar was dehydrated!"

    "Oscar is shot!"

    ****ing bunch of parrots.
It was the same with Hopkins-Calzaghe. As soon as Joe humiliated him, he was "shot". Then Hopkins beat Pavlik and suddenly he isn't shot, he's a genius!

    Wanky excuses. Stop it.
I won’t say he over trained, but you don’t have to be an expert to see that something was wrong with Oscar. Not throwing strong punches is seriously a problem. He threw some ****** week slow punches. For some reason his legs, strength, and stamina never existed that night, called dehydrated, or whatever you want. Something was wrong with him, seriously. All that **** combined with an excellent performance by Pacquiao provoked what happened. Common guys, this is the Pacquiao JMM outclassed 2 times.

It's not implausible to assume that making the 147 lb limit was a problem for him since he hadn't done so since 2001.

I don't really know what to think about this fight. I don't really want to believe that Hoya took a dive but I see where you are coming from Rog.
from the weigh in to the fight it just never seemed right. and I'll laugh at anyone that thinks something like this isn't possible. They must not been watching boxing too long. And i just read shaefer and top rank already looking to set up pac vs hatton in april. It's like they had a gameplan written down already and pac vs dlh was just a set up to make the pac vs hatton that much bigger. Bob Arum and Dlh have gotten together to make some nice money together ever since that battle they had in court over paquiao

Like I said, I really just don't want to believe that he took a dive but that is exactly what I was thinking when I was watching the fight. I wasn't even happy that Pac won and Pac beating the hell out of DLH was exactly what I wanted to see. I wasn't happy because it just seemed like bull**** to me.
