If he beat Floyd and Hatton that would be an amazing career.

don't forget ATG accolade isn't measured in terms of P4P which is a snap shot of where the fighter's at if they fight regardless of weight. ATG is measured by accomplishments and pacquiao in a span of 9 mos moved up won 2 world titles in 2 divisions and beat a bigger and a hugely favorite fighter 2 weight classes (147) where he was the last time he fought (135), and that's how close he was to henry armstrong who moved up in 3 weight classes and won 3 of those titles in a span of 1 year. if pacman is no ATG to you, then as one poster said it here you're just boxing fans and not a student.

perhaps calzhage or jmm are to you and that is pathetic.

That is a clear indication about what kind of fighter he is right now. He should fight Margarito to regain some dignity but he cant retire off this fight right here.

I have said it before an I will say it again. The minute Manny stops fighting mexican opponents he is gonna get his ass handed to him.
Manny is not taking punches from Morales 3 times, Barrera 2 times, Marquez 2 times etc etc.. Then what?

The minute Manny fights any race is still the same thing...... Manny will prevail...

your comment was still wrong though, Pacman is an outstanding fighter, but seriously, top 3? Better than Duran? Even close to the level of ray robinson who in his prime went what, 128-0 against EVERYBODY not just selective matchmaking, EVERYONE. Thats why its laughable to compare even floyd jr to that level. Henry Armstrong DOMINATED every division he was in even though he started out small. And roberto duran, he was a monster at 135 and had a storied career even upsetting iran barkley. Thats not counting Joe Louis, Ali etc etc etc. I think its a little telling of you to call out someone for talking about praising blacks when 95 of your posts deal with puerto rican fighters almost exclusively, either that, or in the praise of puerto rican fighters, or the downing of those puerto rican rivals. There is nothing wrong with that, but to lay judgement on Skills, who really isnt that bad of a poster in comparison to alot of mayweathers biggest fans, is pretty low when you are guilty of the same.

Its not that black fighters are the only ones who deserve praise, but if you know these guys careers, armstrong and robinson, you understand why its so absurd to make those comparisons, i mean seriously, do you really know those guys careers at all'? Historically i mean.

Pacquiao is definitely a great fighter. But does anyone here seriously believe he could hang with the top of the crop in the welterweight division? Welterweights who are right in their primes? I find it hard to believe. He should go down to 140 or 135 and clean up the divisions.

                  No where near the greats

I think a lot of people are getting caught up in all the hipe from this victory for Pacquiao DLH was shot its business to him hope he retires dont want to see a modern legend getting a bad beating by fighters way below his par P4P.

Pacquiao would get into the ring with some of the greats but he'd live a beaten man Robinson would KO him so would Armstrong Pep would out box him so would Benny Leonard that's my IMO.

I believe he'll take Hatton a part but Mayweather will be a different proposition all together he'll have to make the fight thus leaving himself open for counters which Floyd does best his defence would be a factor Mayweather wins against Pacquiao i think it'll happen after Hatton as Mayweather will come calling the money would be huge.

Shame Robinson + Pep + Armstrong & Benny Leonard aren't a round today money wouldn't be enough to pay them for there skills.

i think margarito gives pac fits. margo is just too big and strong for pac. pac has a better shot against cotto. pac beats hatton and pbf though.
