Body Shot KO DQs Oscar as top ATG?

Can Oscar be a top ATG although he got knocked out by a liver shot? I don't think so. You guys may be able to come up with somebody, but I can't think of another top ATG that got KTF0 by a body shot.

He's Hall of Fame. But, this "one of the greatest of all time" talk has got to stop. DeLaHoya's not even close.

body shots hurt like a *****.....anyone would get hurt escpically in the liver.

He's not an ATG, but it has nothing to do with him getting knocked out from a body shot from a bigger man. Plus, Hopkins kind of cuffed it and the punch wrapped around and kinda got him in the kidney. I don't know from experience, but I can imagine a kidney shot being pretty painful. Body shots can be worse than head shots, no shame in getting knocked out by a perfectly placed body shot.

Uhhh lets not forget he moved UP to fight Hopkins who at the time was the best Middleweight and is a LEGEND. So there is no shame in getting stopped by a body shot from a much larger guy. Oscar was doing pretty good in this fight even though he was at a big disadvantage.. I don't know why you and people like you hate on Oscar, When he was in his prime he fought the best of the best and you can put his resume up against ANYONE right now and its as good or better.. Probably better.
