    Vargas. His wins over Ike and Pea are too questionable, although on name power alone, Pea is obviously the greatest fighter he's beaten.

            Pea looked terrible against Hurtado. He would have lost the fight had he not got lucky and landed big late.

            I maintain that the version of Oscar that fought Floyd was not as shot as the one of Pea that fought Oscar. Pea was also fighting well outside his natural weight class.

            Also, Oscar looked bad against Sturm because he barely trained and I don't think it is ever fair to say he looked bad against Bernard. He was holding his own against a much bigger man for several rounds before the size difference became too much.
