what is oscar's best career win?

It would have to be beating Pernell Whitaker? one of the best p4p champions in the last 20 or so years .

    would you all agree??

Perhaps. Pea was well on the decline though. Personally I rate Quartey as Oscar's best win with Vargas and Pea behind that.

Vargas. Ruelas and Hernandez are up there too.

Oscar didn't deserve the win over Quartey, so that's not up there. If he had stopped Quartey in round 12, then it would be up there.

I'd say Vargas. DLH beating Whitaker, the P4P king on his 24th(Ithink) is pretty impressive too.

I don't really rate Vargas or Quartey. They are just fringe title holders.
            Didn't really dominate their divisions.

Vargas I accept. If you don't rate Quartey you seriously need to reevaluate.

you know what I find hillarious? Mayweather fans love to boast about Mayweather's win agains De La Hoya yet when you bring up Sweat Pea vs De La Hoya they say Pea was past it.. If you compare De La Hoya and when he fought Pea though it's almost the same as to when Mayweather fought De La Hoya.

Quartey was probably better in 1999, even off that inactivity, than Whitaker was in 1997 IMO.

But while both fights were questionable, I think the Whitaker fight you can have a much better case of DLH deserving the win. That was a difficult fight to score, and I had it even. The Quartey fight was easy to score, and DLH caught a break from the judges.

I'm not sure about that to be honest bro. Pernell looked absolutely terrible in his fight against Hurtado prior to the Oscar fight. Although I do accept that what Floyd fought was definately not a prime version of Oscar.
