Paul is his mandatory which means that HAS TO BE sergi's next bout unless a-sergie asks for an optional defense(like what pwill did so he didn't have to fight margarito) or b-paul williams declines to enforce his mandatory position. Even if pwill demands crazy money it will just go to a purse bid if they can't agree. Sergie has stated more than once tha he would even come to the usa to fight paul williams so the ONLY reason it doesn't happen is if paul williams ducks him!!!!!!
