Should Cotto be higher then Margarito for beating Mosley? If not why is Margarito higher then Williams for beating Cotto? Simple questions but at the same time intricate.

Well some ppl overrtate the cotto win, and look at ring ratings and don't think for themselves

You can't count the Clottey fight, because he didn't lose. It was a close fight until the 5th.
