I m a Hatton fan being from Manchester n all but would anyone seriously consider Hatton P4P#1 if he fights and beats Manny?? We keep hearing him say he will become the best P4P fighter in the world if he beats Manny, he said it a few times before the Mayweather fight as well.....

I personally wouldnt put him at number one, i d move him up to around mid table though..

Any "sensible" thoughts on Hattons comments? (No haters please)

I would because there isn't a size difference between the two. It'd be a dam good fight and I wouldn't count any of them. I was really impressed with Hatton against Paulie and I'd give Hatton a chance. My only hope is that Pacman beatz DLH which I don't see happening

If Manny were to beat Oscar and then Hatton beat Manny? Of course not. Calzaghe would just slide up to one provided he doesn't really retire, or maybe JMM. It would be fantastic for Hatton's legacy though.

Probably not, but he'd move up the rankings significantly. His resume is very underrated.

They won't ever put a Brit on the top of the P4P rankings regardless of what any Brit fighter does.

I dunno if the world stopped spinning and Ricky beat Cotto and Marg at WW then beat Pac he might...

not that I think he could or indeed there is any thought in his head to even attempt to do it. but IF he did he would have a very good shout at No1 P4P.
