Whats Next For Roy Jones?

Retirement. THere is no point in continuing. He has proven himself, achieved everything he could have imagined and is no longer capable of fighting at the very top level. He is also financially secure so there is no reason for Roy to continue fighting. He should just relax and enjoy his retirement, he deserves it.

I pray he don't get crazy and try to fight Dawson...I feel Jones has had problems with left handed fighters since the first Tarver fight and it was like that against Joe and this would be probably worse. Only way he should fight Dawson is if he wins a huge fight and really wanted to fight a guy that would surely secure his legacy eve further but Dawson would have to beat Joe and have all the belts for me to think Jones should even consider the fight. I love Jones but at this point fighting Dawson for anything less than everything would be foolish at this point in Jones career. Dawson is a dangerous fighter and Jones shouldn't even consider this fight right now period. Jesus Joe don't even wanna fight the guy.

Go up to HW and give James Toney that long over-due rematch......or go to Germany and fight the retired Dariusz M. who was just in the German news with money problems...rumor has it that the Tiger is broke....so those are 2 safe moves for Roy!! I know these 2 fights probably would NEVER happen but thats the safest richest way to go!

I actually would like to see him go to Germany and beat Zsolt Erdei. He would get a title (arguably the linear title) and silence some of the critics who say this sorta stuff about his career. And theres not much chance of Erdei giving him a serious beating. In fact, its a very winnable fight for Roy.

roy's legs to me look shot watching him not be able to move like he used to in the fight with calslappy was sad,if he had his legs i think he could have won.

so aslong as he can fight another fighter like trinidad he would do pretty good.
