The commision's servants had already signed off one of Margarito's wraps prior to the Mosely fight. This is boxing at the highest level - we never knew someone would be cheating to this extent - it's unprecedented.

Margarito is tough and he does have power but let's not get carried away. I never suggested he has always used the plaster pads - I wouldn't be suprised if he had been using them from Williams onwards though.
