Being an ATG is multiple weight divisions. So I guess Roy Jones isnt GREAT because he only beat John Ruiz.....

And Bernard isnt great because he hasnt fought Chad and is known for ruling 160 and fighting blown up welters....

And Margs sucks because he lost at 154.................

And Cotto sucks because he didnt beat anyone at 140......

And Hatton sucks because he cant fight at 147...............

And Oscar isnt an ATG because his only fight at 160 he should have lost......
