actually he is right.. what weightclass did Trinidad fight in? and even then he had mad problems making weight. I seriously doubt Trinidad gets down to jr. middle or middleweight.

there was talk of a rematch when tito moved up to jm.tito was insulted by all of oscar's demands so he made the same for a rematch.oscar did not suffice.so tito said **** off.

To be fair, I'm sure there are fans who do become intrigued and engage the sport a bit more. But the promoters need to know which fights to really hype up and which ones will get far just by name alone.

Imagine what first timers would have thought watching Castillo Corrales or Vazquez Marquez as their first fights?
If they'd seen those to start, they'd become boxing lifers.

No point to a Tito rematch now. Tito is shot and can't get low enuf to fight DLH. And most agree DLH won anyway even if he did blow the late rds. I never believed for a second he woulda fought Marg, but it woulda been cool. I think he shoulda fought Winky.

I wouldn't mind it if they fought, but there are other fights I'd rather see. I doubt Tito would make the weight though.

DLH/Trinidad would have been a worthless fight even more than what some consider the DLH/Pacquiao fight to be. I hate fights that have 2 old fighters near the end of their careers fighting for just money. The rematch would have been HUGE 7 or 8 years ago after their first classic fight but now seriously thank god it didnt happen! At least the DLH/Pac fight has the the most recognized fighter in boxing against the P4P King!

Trinidad felt since he had won he deserved a larger split of the pay, Oscar felt he was the bigger draw so he deserved a larger split. Thus the fight never happened. Then later on in their careers, weight became an issue. Oscar was never a legit middleweight, so he didn't want to have the fight in that class, Tito didn't want to go back down in weight.

I don't know what JuanMa is doing criticizing, thanks to Oscar vs. Pacman he is going to get a chance to shine in front of a lot of viewers and hopefully get him some more fans.
                      Great Post, I agree.
